Reserve with deposit → We raise your animal → USDA processing → Final payment when ready → Pickup or delivery

No hidden fees — all processing, vacuum-sealing, and labeling are included. Deposits are non-refundable as they support raising your specific animal.

All cuts are hand-cut on our farm, frozen and vacuum-sealed. Cut variety may vary slightly based on availability.
