We do our best at Santa Barbara Meat Co at Pork Palace to live up to our high standard of customer service. We thoroughly inspect every package and seal every box with care before shipment. If there is a rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your order please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). Due to our product being perishable, we are unable to accept returns. Thank you for understanding.
