Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a subscription or pre-order at any time by logging into your account at santabarbarameatco.com and managing your active subscriptions, or by emailing us at info@sbmeatco.com.

Subscriptions Cancel before your next order processes and you will not be charged for that cycle. Cancellations made after an order has been processed will take effect on the following billing cycle — we cannot cancel or refund orders that are already in fulfillment or have shipped.

Pre-Orders Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the order ships. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard refund policy applies.
