Shipping policy

SHIPPING.

We currently ship to physical street addresses in California via UPS. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Pork Palace Meats will make the best effort to ship items in a timely manner, and reserves the right to choose a carrier that is suitable for ensuring product-quality control. Orders received before 12:00 p.m. Friday are processed on Monday, subject to product availability. Pork Palace Meats, however, cannot guarantee any shipping timeframes, and external forces can cause delays in shipping. Processing time for orders may take up to 72 hours (3 Business Day). Once a package has shipped, Pork Palace Meats will take NO responsibility in the carriers shipping timeframe. Pork Palace Meats will take NO responsibility for items lost in transit, sent to the wrong address, nor international fees charged by customer’s country or any involved third parties.

 

INCORRECT / DAMAGED / MISSING PRODUCTS.

Incorrect, damaged, or missing products must be claimed within 3 days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information. If the product is incorrect or damaged, please send a photo of the product to theporkpalace@hotmail.com with your order number in the subject line and a brief description of the problem in the body of the email. Items damaged or spoiled by miss-use or improper care are not covered by our warranty policy. If the product is damaged and Pork Palace Meats is at fault for such damage, Pork Palace Meats will issue a store credit or replacement depending on the requested resolution of the customer. All resolutions of defective or damaged product are subject to case by case review. Please contact us if you are having a problem with a product purchased from Pork Palace Meats and we will do our best to assist you.

 

DELIVERY QUALIFICATION.

Pork Palace Meats reserves the right to cancel any order which cannot be reasonably shipped or delivered in a manner that ensures product-quality control. WARNING: Products sold on this site are perishable and should be stored and cooked per labeled instructions on product packaging. Products sold on this site may contain allergens; product labels should be consulted by customer to determine if an allergen is present that may impact customer’s health.
