We don't sell your name, email, or address to data brokers. We share personal information only with companies that help us run our business, including:
- Shopify: store hosting, checkout, payments (including Shop Pay), in-person sales, customer accounts, and our marketing emails (Shopify Messaging, only if you subscribe). Shopify may also use store and customer data across its network to improve its products, personalization, and advertising (Shopify Network Intelligence), as described in Shopify's terms.
- Recharge: subscription management and billing
- Easy Bundle Builder and Simple Bundles & Kits: our build-your-own box and bundle tools
- UPS and our local delivery team: your name, address, and phone number, to deliver your order
- Judge.me: product reviews and review requests
- Hulk Form Builder and hCaptcha: our contact form and spam protection
- Google (Analytics, Maps, and YouTube): site analytics, our map, and embedded videos

We don't use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We don't knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails anytime using the link at the bottom of any email. We'll still send messages about your orders and subscriptions.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to fill orders, manage your account and subscriptions, handle guarantee claims, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
