We ship frozen meat to physical street addresses in California only.

Orders typically ship on Monday or Tuesday, with most deliveries arriving on Tuesday or Wednesday. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

All frozen products are carefully packed in insulated shipping containers with ice packs to maintain quality during transit.

We raise livestock on our family ranch in Gaviota and work with a small group of California partner ranches and producers we know personally. Our raising practices vary by species, from 100% grass-fed, grass-finished cattle to free-range poultry and heritage Berkshire pigs raised in outdoor pens.

Every animal is harvested at a USDA-inspected facility in California and then hand-cut by our own team in our on-ranch butcher shop. No feedlots.

No added hormones.* No routine or growth-promoting antibiotics. If an animal gets sick, we treat it, because responsible animal care is part of raising livestock the right way.

Beef

Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished on open California pasture, with no grain finishing at any stage. The result is exceptional flavor, outstanding quality, and beef you can feel good about serving your family.

Pork

Our heritage Berkshire pigs are raised in spacious outdoor pens where they can root and move. Finished on a diet that includes barley and spent brewers grain, Berkshire pork is prized for its rich flavor, tenderness, and beautiful marbling.

Chicken

Our free-range chicken has regular access to the outdoors and receives attentive care throughout its life. Every bird is cut and prepared in our own butcher shop.
