Every week we pack the truck before sunrise and bring the farm to town — grass-finished beef, heritage pork, lamb, and pasture-raised poultry, all hand-cut in our own shop. Here's where to find our stand.

Saturday — Santa Barbara

Saturdays, 8:30am–1:00pm, at the Santa Barbara Certified Farmers Market on the corner of Santa Barbara & Cota. Look for the green canopy and the steaks on ice. We load the truck before sunrise with grass-finished beef, heritage Berkshire pork, lamb, and pasture-raised poultry — every cut hand-trimmed in our own shop. We tend to sell out of ribeyes by noon, so come hungry and come early.

Wednesday — Santa Maria

Wednesdays, 3:00pm–6:30pm, at Santa Maria Town Center West. Pre-order your box online and we'll have it packed and waiting at the stand — or just walk up and let us help you pick out the week's dinners. No feedlots, no mystery. Just real protein from a farm you can actually visit.

Thursday — San Luis Obispo

Thursdays, 6:00pm–9:00pm, at the SLO Downtown Farmers Market on Higuera Street. Come say hello, ask us anything about cuts and cooking, and grab dinner on your way home. From our pasture to your table — that's the whole story, and we're proud to tell it in person.
