Five generations of our family have raised premium cattle right here in California. Our beef shares are the best value for families who want clean, nutrient-dense beef year-round — grass-fed, grass-finished, and pasture-raised with no hormones, no antibiotics, and no feedlots, ever. Every cut is hand-cut on our farm, frozen, and vacuum-sealed.
How It Works
Reserve with deposit → We raise your animal → USDA processing → Final payment when ready → Pickup or delivery
No hidden fees — all processing, vacuum-sealing, and labeling are included. Deposits are non-refundable as they support raising your specific animal.
